Get ready for Drupal 9 - Site Audit
Drupal 8 is no longer going to be supported from November 2021. In order to prevent your website from security vulnerabilities you should plan the move to Drupal 9 is now.
Why do I need an audit?
Although the upgrade path from Drupal 8 to 9 is so much simpler than previous Drupal upgrades there is still a process to follow. Getting an audit by BT48 will help you identify any work that needs to be done on your website before planning your upgrade.
What will the audit tell me?
The audit comprises three elements: an assessment, a recommendation and an action plan:
Assessment
We will review each module and theme in use on the site. We provide assessment of each element and evaluate whether it is ready to be used on a Drupal 9 site.
Recommendation
Not every module or theme on the site will be suitable for Drupal 9 - there may be a better way to achieve the same end with newer modules or via improvements in core.
We will analyse the code and provide custom recommendations on what steps will be needed to make each element ready fro Drupal 9
Action plan
We provide a customised action plan outlining:
- our findings
- our recommendations
- a plan to deliver an updated site
